With our TRK systems, you can only roast seeds and grains or subsequently produce aroma, cooking and swelling pieces both semi and fully automatically.

In the aroma piece, the amylase enzymes present in the active baking malt split the starch of the flour into maltose (malt sugar). At the same time, the mass browns and thickens. The result is a highly aromatic, sweet and malty flour cooking piece that can be added to almost all bread doughs to make them more aromatic as well as keeping them fresh.

THK stands for heating and cooling. With this system, your product can be cooled down to the required temperature after the roasting process and the subsequent production of the cooking piece and processed immediately.
